Management Console

The Management Console application (Management Console) provides an integrated environment for managing content-related and messaging items in your installation of X-treme Alerts Platform (XAP). Management Console provides you with an immediate access to subscriber information, messaging logs, and marketing and performance metrics. It ensures complete control over alerts per product installation (line of business), or throughout the entire system. Management Console enables you to: Control all alerts within the system, including hot-deploying updated alerts Monitor the system for error conditions and investigate causes Manage user accounts on subscribers’ behalf Manage multiple product configurations for various lines of businesses Query and manage subscribers, alerts, messages, etc. Execute batch processors and determine their status View and maintain service provider configurations, including deployment of new alert masters, rules, command applications, etc.

CPToolkit

The Content Provider Toolkit application (CP Toolkit) is designed to help you develop and test alerts for the 724 X-treme Alerts Platform (XAP) in a friendly, interactive environment. The CP Toolkit application provides a GUI that enables you to define alerts and offer them to subscribers in very short order. The alert definitions include: Content type Parameters on which subscribers can query Notification methods You can use CP Toolkit to define MMS alerts, which enable the system to send media-rich notifications to mobile devices. Behind the scenes, CP Toolkit automatically builds back-end infrastructure that ensures efficient, scaleable alerting. For more information, see the System Overview.
