• Project Rationale

  •AMP has not performed a risk assessment of the HR processes and controls in place to support HR systems. Several HR systems are rated as high on the risk maps (Tesseract, AIMS, Kronos). Additionally, HRIS is not a part of THD’s IT department but is tasked with owning and maintaining IT systems.

  Project Description

  •AMP will review HRIS processes and systems to ensure they align with THD IT policies and that appropriate controls exist in the following IT risk areas:

  •Change Management

  •Security

  •Computer Operations

  Goals

  •Review and document HRIS processes, related systems and organizational structure

  •Identify risks, assess control gaps and recommend process improvement opportunities and mitigating controls
