Feature Proposal: View Template Breaks Leading Markup

Motivation

Under certain circumstances, markup requiring to be at the start of a line will break due to incorrect spacing in the view.pattern.tmpl template.

This surfaces when renderable text which requires the !%STARTTEXT% tag is added into the content header.

Description and Documentation

Add a line break into the definition of "content" before !%TEXT%.

Examples

Impact

Implementation

Trivial.

Discussion

This is an accepted proposal by 7-day feedback period.

I suggest to test the change carefully. Adding a newline might introduce undesired <p /> tags elsewhere.
