Concern Raised By

As described in TWikiReleaseManagementProcess ANYONE can raise concern against a proposal for a new feature or change of existing feature.

The concern can be against the proposal as such or it can be a concern related to the proposed spec.

It is also allowed to raise concern strictly to trigger a release meeting decision.

The 7-day auto-accept rule is suspended the minute concern is raised of any kind!

A concern raised will normally lead to a discussion on the proposal topic and the proposer and the person(s) that raised concern may eventually reach an agreement. In this case the proposal is accepted by ConsensusReached. If consensus is not reached and the debate does not move any of the parties, or someone requests that the proposal is discussed at a release meeting, the proposal goes to ReadyForReleaseMeeting state for a vote at a release meeting.
