Trying to create some really ugly examples of ill-formed outlines — see NmTWikiFoldWellFormedOutline.
Oops, for completeness (and to aid in my "thinking"), I should show these example both in expanded and collapsed form. When I get home (have access to a Linux based text editor in which I know I can replace \n's with \f's, I'll convert at least some of these to collapsed form (and talk about how they appear). Maybe I also need to create some example of "perverted" mixtures of collapsed and expanded outlines.

Another Variation
More occurrences of the same to consider some possibly stranger situations (I need to confirm that this includes an example of the first variation that bit me — yes, I think it does, but I may want to create a marked up example — I need to consider the case where my cursor is in the second sixth level heading and I'm attempting to set to a Level 5 collapse — the logic I had at the time skipped past the Level 1 thru Level 4 headings to select from the preceding Level 5 to the succeeding Level 5.)
