Question

What does "all template preprocessing is done in &Twiki::Store::readTemplate()....' mean? I am new to Twiki so please be kind. Everything is easy to understand except this one thing. Is this why I can't edit a template and get the changes to show up?

Normally you wouldn't have to bother with core internals, except when you are hacking the code or trying to understand plugin calls.

What template(s) are you trying to change?

Perhaps you want to read TWiki.TWikiTemplates first.
