Question

I added a bullet in the WebNotify page in one of my TWiki Webs and hoped to get email notifications for modifications in that web. But nothing happens.

I am sure I followed the unique "3 spaces plus 1 star" rule of Twiki. Also ,I set and reset Mailhost in my site preferences, checked and unchecked minor changes in the save page.

Is there other thing tricky to make WebNotify work ?

By the way, I can get email notification when somebody registers an new account in my TWiki.
