Question

Where did the WebLeftBarPersonal block go in the new Dakar version of WebLeftBar? I miss having that option. Is there a way to get it back in other than editing the file itself?

Dick, its still there (well, in my twiki4, but its only visible when I use the sessioning support (turned on using the configure script), and have logged in.

at the top of the left bar I see:

Hello Sven Dowideit!
logout Log Out
Create personal sidebar

Sven, I am currently up to 4.0.4 and see nothing like that on my left bar. I tried patching in some code from r1.1 of WebLeftBar.txt but that doesn't seem to work correctly for 1st time users who have no entries. In my configure I currently have UseClientSessions on. Is that the parameter you refer to. Clearly I am missing something, since I don't have a logout capability in my installation.

Perhaps you have old WebLeftBars from a previous installation?
