Question

Are there any WebDAVPlugin for Twiki which supports Apache 2? If not, how can I customize it for Apache2? I really appreciate if you can shed the light. Thank you

No. Probably not. Apache completely changed the module APIs between 1 and 2, so the plugin needs to be rewritten from the ground up based on the Apache2 webdav module. Alternatively you might follow up on what the UseMod people have done. They were writing a perl webdav handler.
