Question
After upgrading from 4.0.4 to 4.0.5, it looks like
TwistyPlugin has stopped working. Twisties on pages link to "#" with no action. Just tried downloading and reinstalling the latest package from the plugin web, but no change in results.

Answer
The same problem has been mentioned in
TwistyBehaviourProblem.
I can confirm the problems. A couple of incompatibilities have arisen between the release version of PatternSkin and the latest TwistyContrib and TwistyPlugin updates.
I have created an update zip for
PatternSkin. Please visit the plugin topic for instructions.
In the meantime I've also updated
TwistyContrib and
TwistyPlugin to version 1.2. The pattern skin patch is still needed for this version.

Thank you Arthur. I saw your initial response there (about installing
TwistyContrib) and assumed that wasn't the same issue, since I too had it installed, but it does indeed appear to be the same.
I just installed the
TwistyContrib,
TwistyPlugin, and
PatternSkin update packages. Attachments now appear on each page, but there is no Twisty at all. I checked configure and ensured that
TwistyPlugin is enabled; I tried disabling and re-enabling the plugin with no luck.

Also noted the same JS errors on the Main

Did you check the access permissions of the newly added files in the pub dir? I had to change it to 777 to make it work.

Yup: all that was fine. What
wasn't fine was that (apparently)
BehaviourContrib wasn't installed. I downloaded and installed that, and all is well again. Not sure why that wasn't there, but I don't think I would have removed it manually.
Thanks.

Every now and then, Twsty just... stops working,. Failure mode is that it looks like it should work, until you realize that the show and hide controls should not be side by side! Clicking produces no results.

I have reinstalled
PatternSKin, reinstlalled
BehaviourContrib, reinstalled Twisty. (Perhaps in the "wrong order"?) I have ensured that my entire TWiki tree has consistent permissions.
