Question

When a header list includes the same subtopic name under two different parents, clicking on the TOC listing for any instance of the subtopic name always goes the the first appearance.

The sort of thing I'm talking about occurs in a header list like:

---+ Level 1
---++ Topic
---+ Level 2
---++ Topic

When a TOC is generated from the above, a click on "Topic" under "Level 2" will take you to "Topic" uncer "Level 1".

See the following for an example:

I'm glad the developers are on the case. Perhaps you could give me some guidance as to where I should search before posting. I searched the Support TWiki for "TOC", but the three pages you point to are in Codev. This issue isn't listed as a known issue (major or minor) as far as I can see with the current release. Shouldn't there be a single place to search to figure out whether a bug one has encountered has already been reported? The description of the Codev TWiki on the Support home page wouldn't lead one to believe you should search it to look for a known bug.
