Question

With our 4.2 install, all TOC links have double .cgi extensions on them. They appear as full URLs instead of simple #anchors. On our install, we have to have .cgi extensions on the scripts, but the TOC entries are adding that extension twice, resulting in no links working.

Known TWikibug:Item5176, will be fixed in TWiki 4.2.1. Apply patch in the bug item page.

Was this patch not included in 4.2.1? After update, the bug returned.

No, for some reason it did not made it into 4.2.1. It is fixed in upcoming 4.2.4 release.
