How to execute stored procedures through Twiki

TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin

What kind of "procedures" would you like to store? TWiki is not running on a rdbms, but on flat files. Procedures in terms of SEARCH expressions can be boosted by Plugins like DBCachePlugin.
