Is this legal?

It is legal if used in TWiki context, and only if in line with the TWiki brand. Any other use will be defended. TWiki with logo is trademarked; please read "Right to use Trademarked Artwork" at TWikiLogos. Using this logo or a confusingly similar logo for other purposes would dilute the TWiki brand.
