I need help in identifying the owner of a sub-web. Is there a way so that I can see the
WikiUsername of the owner of a sub-web in all the sub-topics and pages? Please also guide me in enabling this "owner" to give/deny access to other users to his/her sub-web.

Discussion and Answer
TWiki has no concept of an owner per web. Maybe you refer to the ALLOWTOPICCHANDE setting in the webs'
WebPreferences, e.g. those users who can change the web's settings? Or do you mean the ALLOWTOPICCHANDE setting in the group used to restrict access to a web?

I have a requirement to identify the person per sub-web who can determine the nature of data being stored and who can take the decision as to which users should be allowed/denied access to certain sub-webs/topics. (I also understand that this is against the sole purpose of TWiki. But I am asked to find way to do it.) I was wondering if there is any plugin to identify the owner of any topic/sub-web. However, may be I will have to find that by talking to people accessing the sub-web or by checking the "ALLOWTOPICCHANGE" in the group settings.
Please suggest if there is any other way.
Thank you Peter.
