SID-02094: Though External IP can't access view page

I deployed a TWiki Release 6.0.1, now my physical machine has an external IP. I can't access this TWiki page in the external IP except its configure page(http://externalIP:port/do/configure). The external IP was parsed to be sd, e.g. http://sd/do/view. But use the internal IP of the physical machine, I can access all pages, anyone can help me, please? Thanks in advance!!!!

If you can access the configure page, then we can rule out any routing or network problems. Did you adjust the setting of {DefaultUrlHost} in configure (it's the first entry under "General path settings") to the external IP address?

Hi Harald, the {DefaultUrlHost} was configured to be external IP address, but the question is the same to be.
