SID-02069: There has been a problem adding your user id to the Password

I am not able to configure authentication in Twiki.

1. Using basic authentication.
2. Using TWiki login manager - Template Login
3. Using Twiki Users: TwikiUserMapping
4. Using Twiki Users: HtpasswdUser
5. .htpasswd file is owned by httpd's user
6. htpasswd file and path has been configured correctly.
7. htpasswd file was actually created by twiki
8. smtp support as well has been configured for twiki

Check the twiki/data/warn201506.txt and look for "Registration failed" to get more clues.

Also, check if everything below twiki/data, twiki/pub abd twiki/working is owned by the webserver user.
