SID-01943: admin/Guest users permissions

I am new to this, so please bare with me!

I have completed an install, and stated that there is not log in (LoginManger=none).

But I am having 2 issues

1) I think the admin user is TWikiAdminUser? if so how do I log in as it, and 2) is it the same password as I use in "configure"

2) When I us "Guest" I can not change web preferences - how do I correct this

1. Login as "admin" with configure password.

2. System pages such as WebPreferences need to be access restricted for security. Login as "admin".
