SID-01871: How to search for topics changed by a specific user?

Status: Answered Answered TWiki version: 5.1.3 Perl version:
Category: CategorySearch Server OS: Redhat Last update: 11 years ago

Hi all,

I've been playing with FormattedSearch for some time, and so far can't figure out how I would do this.

I want to search for all topics that have been changed by a specified TWikiUser in the last 24 hours.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks, Grant Totten

Discussion and Answer

Check the parameters in VarSEARCH. Something like this: (untested)

%SEARCH{
 "JimmyNeutron"
 web="all"
 nonoise="on"
 sort="modified"
 reverse="on"
 date="P1d/$now"
}%

If the query is slow in case you have many webs, you can specify a list of webs instead of all.

Awesome, thanks very much! That seems to work, and I'll read up on VarSEARCH now.

Cheers! Grant
