SID-01464: SubscribePlugin / WebNotify: Users subscribed without web

Hello,

I use several Webs, however, all TWiki users are stored in the Main Web. So the SubscribePlugin does not work, since only the wikiname is added to the WebNotify topic. I would need to add e.g. Main.DomenikaStoiser instead of DomenikaStoiser. Is that possible? I've just tried to add 'Main.' in front of the wiki user name but that doesn't work because in that case it is added with inverted commas e.g. 'Main.DomenikaStoiser' to the WebNotify topic.
