SID-01215: Unable to resolve Internal Error

After trying to search for content in headers by searching for "---++" explicitly, I get the following error:

TWiki detected an internal error - please check your TWiki logs and webserver logs for more information.

Nested quantifiers in regex; marked by <-- HERE in m/---++ <-- HERE /

Removing the markup and replacing it with a fresh old working copy did not work, and gave the same error after trying to click save.

Now I can't even go into the topic to delete it...

Unfortunately right now I can't get into the server to check the webserver logs.

Any ideas would be so much appreciated.
