SID-01172: No more change notifications

I am adding new details into my twiki every now and then but it seems something has gone broken. I used to receive email notification for the changes or updates but for the last few days email notifications has stopped working. I have tested using the cron tool with twiki to test email service it works fine. But it seems twiki is not tracking changes or additions any more :(?

Any suggestions?
