SID-01101: HowToConnectTWikiToBugzillaAPI form does not work

I followed example and copied files to: bin/publishbug, lib/TWiki/Plugins/BugzillaAPIPlugin.pm, form is in: bin/view/TWiki/CreateNewBugForm

When i submit data in get redirected to: bin/publishbug/TWiki/CreateNewBugForm

But i get no erros, warning or any response... looks like that plugin script isnt running... what am i doing wrong?

The BugzillaAPIPlugin does not exist in the Plugins repository. Consult the author of this plugin.
