SID-01088: Missing upload button with classic theme...

I recently upgraded to TWiki site to 5.0.1, and I've noticed a problem with the classic skin. When I go to the screen to attach a file, the upload button is missing. Here are steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Change the skin to classic.. 2. Go into topic and click attach.. 3. Upload button is missing (only the cancel link is visible) When I switch to the another skin, the button is there. I haven't edited the classic template. It has the files from TWiki 5.0.1. There are similar issues for rename/move where the button to complete the action is missing.
