SID-01026: Attachment file selection

When I click on the "Attach" button of a Twiki topic, the "Attach File" window successfully gets displayed.

However when I select a file using "Browse" button, i get an error "Max File is 10" and following chanes are seen in the window.

1) There are 10 files attached (same file repeated 10 times). 2) There are now 10 browse button and 10 edit boxes.

Please suggest what could be the problem for this.
