Hi,
I am working in a Web that was exported as HTML, and then was added as a Web within a new TWiki (5.0) install by setting it up within a directory. Everything works fine (except for needing to scrub out all the HTML), but I am not seeing an Attach Form button appearing at the bottom of my topics, even though there are three forms in the Web, and the
WebPreferences links to them next to Set WEBFORMS work fine (that is, I can link to those forms from the
WebPreferences page). I should add that my page templates for this Web work fine. Was something broken by converting these pages to HTML?

Discussion and Answer
Odd, if you have a proper
* Set WEBFORMS = OneForm, TwoForm, ThreeForm in the
WebPreferences you should get the "Add Form" button. To debug, can you set the default skin in that web? Such as
* Set SKIN = topmenu, pattern in the
WebPreferences. Try also to disable non-standard plugins to see if a plugin is the culprit.
