I have recently created a new TWiki to replace an old out-dated wiki style site, I have managed to get everything working as I need it short of one remaining issue.
TWiki seems to refuse to acknowledge the presence of 3rd party modules (namely Date::Calc) the everyone group has full read/write access to the folders in question and the TWiki does say it is looking at the correct directories for the files but for some reason will not see them causing plugins to not work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Discussion and Answer
Is Date::Calc in the Perl INC path? If you have installed it in a non-standard location you can tell TWiki to look there. See
twiki/bin/LocalLib.cfg

Well that definatly sorted the original problem I had, however a new one has developed with the
ImageGallery plugin, for some reason it is chucking back the error:
TWiki detected an internal error - please check your TWiki logs and webserver logs for more information.
Can't locate Imagepath in
@INC
(
@INC
contains: path . path-thread-multi-2level path path-thread-multi-2level path path-thread-multi-2level path path-thread-multi-2level path path path-thread-multi-2level path path-calcpath path path path-thread-multi-2level path path)
I was wondering if you could provide some insight on what may be causing this and how I could go about fixing it.

Forgot to mention, from what I can tell
ImageMagick as well as
PerlMagick seem to be installed correctly as this seems to have been an issue with the other people that have had this error - it is possible I have not installed them correctly but I have no idea on how to test the
PerlMagick
Any help greatly appreciated.

On the internal error, check the Apache error_log.
