SID-00770: Rss Feed Generator fails on some Webs

When I click the Rss Feed generator I get a good rss feed on some webs, but on most just a lot of text that could almost be an Rss feed if it were xml...

I am looking for help to get Rss feeds for all my webs.

The code generated on failed Rss feeds is:

I don't know how to get the code on succesful rendered rss feeds, but they work.
