SID-00497: Add a disclaimer to login page

I am wondering if it is possible to add a disclaimer to the login page. If it is, can you please tell me how? Thanks

You can add such disclaimer by modifying template. Try modifying templates/login.tmpl

Depending on the skin used, it will be login.pattern.tmpl or the like.
