SID-00431: Added content from JS does not get saved into the topic

Hi all, so I have a JS that checks a table in the topic and looks for a specific cell reference. If it finds this cell, it will them delete the row from that existing table and move it to another table in the same topic.

It is working onload, but the row that got moved to the new table is not save and disappears on a reload.

Any suggestions on how to save the topic after the data has been moved?
