SID-00076: TWiki markup formatting

Hi!

We recently upgraded to TWiki 4.2.4 and the formatting (newlines and indentation) of the "TWiki markup" source is lost on all old pages. Even if I do it now, all formatting is stripped off and next time I edit it, it's not there. In case of a large page it is very hard to edit a one-line source. Any ideas? Is there a setting to preserve formatting?

I am not sure I understand the issue. Could you post two blocks of text enclosed in <verbatim> ... </verbatim> tags? The first one your original TWiki markup, the second one how it looks the next time you edit the page. Also, do you see the issue in WYSIWYG edit mode or "raw edit" mode? Does the page render properly in view mode?
