Question

I've installed Twiki 4.2 on a Solaris system using the Solaris 10 cookbook. I'm using template logins with htpasswd, and that's working. The difficulty arises when I use the "forgot password" system. I get the new password in an email as I should, and I click on the link it provides to change my password. When I enter my username, my temporary reset password, and my new password (twice), I get the following error:

"Oops: we could not recognize you. Try again or reset your password."

However, if I first log in to twiki using the temporary reset password from the email (instead of going to the link provided in the email), I can then change my password without a problem.

There is nothing in the apache or twiki logs about this, by the way.

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x02x00
TWiki plugins: Just the defaults
Server OS: Solaris 10 with the update 4 kernel
Web server: Solaris's Apache 2 with mod_perl
Perl version: Solaris's 5.8.4
Client OS: Windows XP SP2
Web Browser: Seamonkey 1.1.9
