Question

Upgrading from the Sept release to the Feb 1,2006 release. Running ./UpgradeTwiki copies over the folders, data and then errors out with:

You may need to apply some of these differences to the new .htaccess
that I created... that's up to you (I'm not going to mess with
security settings at all!)

Uh-oh - couldn't see a patch executable on your path!  I really need one of thos

Any ideas what the issue is?

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x00x00
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: WindowsXPPro
Web server: Apache13
Perl version: 5.8
Client OS: WindowsXP
Web Browser: FireFox15

Looks like we need to add patch to the TWikiSystemRequirements for upgraders.
