Is there a way to have a list (like WebChanges) where all topics locked by an user are indicated?

Answer

You cannot list just the locked topics. However you can list the most recently changed topics with the lock flag ($locked in a FormattedSearch). Example for this web:

(Hmm, does not work for some reason, need to investigate later)

Note that this will not show locked topics that have not been saved (e.g. cancelled out ones)

It actually does work as advertized, but does not show your own locked pages as locked.
