How to enable Apache login using Mod_auth_mysql module

I used mod_auth_ldap which would be a similar process involved with configuring mod_auth_mysql (similar directives, or at least their idea). You'll need to configure the apache server itself to use the mod you want; so basically if you are having issues with it, then apache is what you're having trouble with and not TWiki.
