Could you expand a bit? I do not understand your question.

Usually we can upload the drawing file to the TWiki server, but we have to open it up if we want to view it. Now we try to display the drawing such as rectangle, square, and circle in the browser. On the square we want to add some links linking to different topics. I looked
TWikiDrawPlugin. I'm not sure if it's the right one I need to use. In addition, I don't know how to add serveral links to an object such as a square, a rectangle, or a circle. Could you please help me on this? Many thanks.

I don't fully understand your question, but you probably need
TWikiDrawPlugin. That allows you to define sensitive areas in the drawing.

Are you describing a HTML map? it sounds like it t me.
At one intranet site I do have topics which have 'clickable' graphics. Different parts of the graphic take the user to different topics.
I suggest you consult a book or web site on HTML for details of clickable image maps.

If you have MS Visio or similar available you can prepare the graphics (incl. clickable maps) there, do an export to html and upload only the image file and the map part of the generated html file directly to your topic and voila. Awfully you don't get the direct modifiability as with
TWikiDrawPlugin.

For twiki-based solutions your choices are
TWikiDrawPlugin or
TWikiDrawPluginSVG
I've not tried the SVG one but if it works that should be compatible with the SVG desktop program
InkScape.
