Question

Hi, My question is about the HeadlinesPlugin: Although the installer file tells me that installation has been successful, I am not able to run the plugin. Once I try to click on HeadlinesPlugin in configure I get the following message:

"TWiki detected an internal error - please check your TWiki logs and webserver logs for more information.

RCS: failed to create HeadlinesPluginwork area: No such file or directory"

Did anybody experience the same problem and has any solution?

Thanks in advance Timo

Environment

Server OS: Suse Linux 9.1
Web server: Apache
Perl version:
Client OS: WinXP

ALERT! If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.

Can you verify the exact TWiki version you are using? If you are on an older version you need to create a _work_areas directory under twiki/pub (make sure it is writable by the webserver user.)
