Hello

Is there a german translation of the Admin-Manual?

I'd like to install some additional skins ...

and adjust the content of the sidebar of twiki

TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin

The user interface is translated to German, but at this time we do not have a German admin manual.
