Question

I have just installed a clean 4.1.2 release and copied over the webs from a 4.0.2 release (all webs including Main, Twiki and so on)

Several pages use the comment plugin. Suddenly I get a message on all these pages:

No such template def TMPL:DEF{PROMPT:below}

(or similar, depending on the settings of the comment command)

I downloaded and reinstalled the latest Comment Plugin - no change.

What could have happened?

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease04x01x02
TWiki plugins: all standard plugins of 4.1.2
Server OS: Linux mail 2.6.5-7.155.29
Web server: apache2-2.0.49-27.24.3
Perl version: perl-5.8.3-32.4
Client OS: Windows XP
Web Browser: Ffox 2.0
Categories: Plugins

ALERT! If you answer a question - or someone answered one of your questions - please remember to edit the page and set the status to answered. The status selector is below the edit box.

Do not copy the TWiki web from your old installation, this will most certainly produce issues since the TWiki web is used also for settings. Also, manually merge your old settings from Main.TWikiPreferences into the new installation.
