Question

I have around 10 plugins installed for me but i am getting error with only CommentPlugin i.e Plugins: could not fully register CommentPlugin, no plugin topic TWiki::Plugins::CommentPlugin could not be loaded. Can sumbody please suggest me what changes do i need to follow? the file permissions are correct. My default ownership n group is apache, so it has also been changed..
