Question

I'd like to customise the display name of a web as it appears at the top of the relevant Web Left Bar. Is there a way to do this?

Environment

TWiki version: TWikiRelease01Sep2004
TWiki plugins: DefaultPlugin, EmptyPlugin, InterwikiPlugin
Server OS: Linux
Web server: Apache
Perl version: 5.005
Client OS: XP
Web Browser: IE, Firefox, Moziila

Answer

No details, but some how-to hints:

  • Define a WEBDISPLAYNAME name in the WebPreferences of your webs
  • Change the PatternSkin to use %WEBDISPLAYNAME% instead of %BASEWEB%.
