Question

Hi I have installed the Actiontracker plugin by extracting the zip file. I have also installed Time::ParseDate, TWiki::Contrib::Attrs, TWiki::Contrib::CairoContrib and TWiki::Contrib::JSCalendarContrib. I am still not able to get it working. I have downloaded and plavced the following perl modules in the lib/Time folder in twiki. Time::JulianDay Time::ParseDate and Time::Timezone

I ran ./actionnotify in the bin folder to find out which perl modules were missing. Now ./actionotify does not give any errors but the plugin does not seem to work. Any help would be appreciated

Answer

Look in your apache error logs, and in data/warning.txt for errors. How do you know it isn't working?

Thanks a lot. It was my first plugin installation on my first twiki installation. I saw the problem in the warnings.txt file and fixed it. You are a genius. smile

There is another problem. ActionSearch is not showing any results frown and warnings.txt has no warnings

-- AakashMandhar - 31 Mar 2005

You have probably written your search incorrectly, or there are simply no actions for it to find. If you state what the search is, and why you expect it to return results, then I may be able to help. Otherwise it's pure guesswork.

See ActionTrackerActionSearchProblems - this may be relevant to what's happening here.
