It provides a way to compare the topics in different webs. It typically produces a table with webs across the top and topics down the side.

Whereever a topic does or doesn't exists in a web it indicates this.

The doesExist and doesnotExist indications are customisable. We have an example that creates a link to the rename script for every topic found. We use it to reorganise the webs.
