I'm trying to write a knowledge-tracking plugin for twiki, which should enable a learner(!) to track her learning progress on topics. This is quite experimental. It includes a relational db on the technical side. Every topic should contain a form for rating. The relational table stores all these rating informations. There must be also index topics with special topic lists, created with the table data.
