I've noticed something suspicious:
ZhiXiongkang is registered in an awful lot of twikis, doesn't post anything, and all the registrations happen in the same day (either Nov 15th or Oct 15th).
New sighting on Dec 03.

From a google translation of their website:
- The network camp sells: The search engine camp sells, the mail camp sells
- Domestic and foreign websites promotion: Right flank google the advertisement, the hundred degrees competes the price place, the new wave promotion, the net is easy to promote, to search for the fox promotes
- Website optimization: google search engine optimizes, yahoo optimizes, port side google places, the hundred degrees optimizes
- The mail camp sells: Domestic and foreign electronic mail address, Chinese yellow page compact disc,
- 300000000 electronic mail addresses
OK, so it doesn't tell you much, but it's fun to read

This is suspicious, better watch out. I got also reports of the same, a user registering as
RonRen and
ZhiXiongkang.

It seems to be a scripted registration. I have him registered on one of my (googlable) twiki installations at
SourceForge, but not in the non-googlable (yet public) one.
