Definetely an interesting concept. Once they match TWikis collection of
plugins and
variables, excellent
I18N and Linux-client support, all in a self-hosted environment, I'm off
Nah, just trying to say that the segment they are after I'm not sure we really had anyway .. (?)

They have a nice
tour
, something we can learn from for our
CustomerFocusedTWikiOrg website.

Actually, noticed another nice thing about Writely at
http://www2.writely.com/info/WritelyOverflowTourPage1.htm
- they export to the ODT format.
The "public account" segment is really into talking ODT these days (in Denmark at least), so I think having the "Open Document" buzzword somewhere in the TWiki presentation slideshow wouldn't hurt one bit (if it was to be presented to someone in that segment).
The import part is started in
OpenOffice2TWikiAddOn already, but I don't remember seeing any activity on the export part yet.

Hm, they have lately been nominated for the
Webby Awards
, why isn't TWiki nominated too?
