Bug: mailnotify outputs strange URI

When mailnotify generates the URI with the changed/added topics, it flips the order of some of the sub-entries in the URI.

e.g.

== Subject: Simon Raven Wiki.Blog - Automated notification of topic changes

This is an automated email from Simon Raven Wiki.

Review recent changes in: http://simonraven.nuit.ca/bin/view/Blog/WebChanges

Subscribe / Unsubscribe in: http://simonraven.nuit.ca/bin/view/Blog/WebNotify

New or changed topics in the Blog web, since 04 Jan 2006 - 21:56 GMT:

- SimonRaven, 11 Jan 2006 - 17:55: http://simonraven.nuit.ca/bin/BlogEntry76/view/WebHome [***] ==

The last line of the pasted e-mail message is the relevant one, indicated by [***].

The URI should come out as:
http://simonraven.nuit.ca/bin/view/Blog/BlogEntry76
