The WIKIHOMEURL tag (value: /cgi-bin/view/Main/WebHome) gives the value of $wikiHomeUrl, which is marked as deprecated in TWiki.cfg
This should either be fixed (set to the correct path) or removed.
In anticipation of this being the fix, I removed the $wikiHomeUrl and changed %WIKIHOMEURL% to deliver the correct path. In DEVELOP, revision 1812
