I'm not sure why this is useful - you can just write http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Codev/ViewScriptNotNeedingTopicEqualsForWeb in any case. The current behaviour should not be removed, as it proved quite useful for debugging servers which mess up PATH_INFO (see CobaltRaqInstall).
