Ideas for TWiki's top bar

What can we do with 60px height real estate? A compelling graphic? Bold colors? Or Something more conceptual, thought-provoking? Add your ideas to this topic.

Idea	What's positive about it?	What's negative about it?	What's interesting about it?
Show a logo-like balloon with next to it in text the last remark made on the site with a link to the topic.	Gives community idea, active feeling. Something that always changes, the more with active communities.	For new users the text may be conceived as a quote.	Interesting to retrieve the latest text addition/change to a topic - would be interesting for topic summaries and RSS feeds as well.
Do without the top bar	Gives more space for the body of the topic.	Many topics appear as text "top to botton" and can be overwhelming.	Eliminating the left bar as well give the ability to design a very custom page but still have the low level CSS components available.
Treat the top bar as 'three columns'	Structured form for various modalities.	Demands discipline of design.	Many possibilities - per-site logo + per-web logo in each corner; put AdSense in the middle; scrolling IFrame in the middle; fixed or random advert or sponsorship in any of the positions; ....
